* You must have a valid Driving Licence which permits you to drive in the UK
*You must be able to read (with glasses or contact lenses) a car number plate from 20 metres
*If you have any medical issues which may affect your driving you must inform your Instructor before the lesson
*We require 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your lesson. If you do not do this you may be liable for the cost of the lesson
*If you do not arrive for a lesson or contact us to inform us, you may be liable for the cost of the lesson. The Instructor will wait for 15 minutes
*If the Instructor is late for a lesson you will receive the full lesson time or time will be added to a future lesson
*If a lesson does not go ahead due to instructor illness or vehicle breakdown the lesson will be rescheduled
*Payment for lessons must be made on the day of the lesson
*We reserve the right to refuse the use of our car for a driving test if the Instructor decides you are not at the required standard to take a test
*You must not book or change a driving test without discussing it with your Instructor
*In the interests of public safety the Instructor reserves the right to take control of the car I.e. use of dual controls/steering etc.
